Classical Hatha Yoga Classes: Beginners welcome. Classes consist of Breathwork, mobilisation and preparation, sequences of yoga postures then finishing with an ease-down and relaxation practice.

Beginners/general and Improvers yoga classes. Challenge yourself safely, stretch and strengthen yourself from within. Find a moment of peace in a hectic world. Thursdays (in Mansfield) 5:15 – 6:30pm or 6:40-7:55pm Tuesdays (in Mansfield and also online) 5:45pm – 7pm £6.50 per class when you book a block. Please contact me for details.
