Leah Bracknell Yoga

Leah leads classes in Worthing and Angmering workshops and retreats around the country, private classes and corporate days.

Her focus is on encouraging people to find emotional and spiritual strength and healing, as well as flexibility, through yoga. Leah infuses her classes with her experience as a shamanic practitioner, and seeks to encourage each person to unlock their inner strength and beauty, and manifest their dormant power.

Leah began her teaching journey with BWY in 2002 and she is also a certified children’s yoga teacher certified by Yoga Alliance UK and founder of Yogaplay.co.uk – yoga workshops for schools.

She has released two best selling DVDs Yoga & You and Yoga for Life and her yoga teaching has been featured regularly in the national media.
