Susan is a friendly and welcoming yoga and wellness teacher, based in Woking in Surrey. With a focus on making classes accessible for all abilities, Susan has trained in a number of specialties over the years including freestyle fitness yoga, hot yoga, hatha yoga, yoga nidra (relaxation), pregnancy yoga, postnatal yoga, baby yoga and baby massage.

The yoga Susan teaches is suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced yogis, and all body types, shapes and abilities are welcome. For a fun and enjoyable session that challenges both your body and mind then join Susan in one of her weekly classes!
