Heena came to me at a time when much in my life was an absolute turmoil . She led me into exercises for breathing ,and yoga for relaxation and anxiety . I was in a state of profound grief . She did intensive one to one sessions to bring out the trauma stored in my muscles and tissues – slowly I found myself functioning again where I could resume work and life again . Heena is a super yoga teacher. Her classes are warm and friendly and based around ability and the space she creates is tranquil and authentic, which is very different and not something I have experienced in other yoga classes. I cannot recommend Heena enough. If you are thinking about starting yoga definitely contact Heena.
Thank you Heena yet again for an amazing yoga session this morning. You left me feeling absolutely fantastic, full of energy and in the right mindset! I love working with you, you are an amazing teacher! So patient and understand you create a fabulous area to practice even through zoom lessons this year you have managed to create the right atmosphere and carry on teaching.

I have been having yoga sessions with Heena for over 2years now & I absolutely love the way the sessions make me feel. I find Heena has a very personable approach to everyone and ensures she meets our needs by always checking in with us at the start of the class incase there are any preferences to focus on etc. I feel really at ease with the group & how Heena conducts the classes so we feel like a yoga ‘family’ with Heena keeping a close eye on us all. Yin yoga is new to me, and I initially found holding the poses for longer than usual quite challenging. However, Heena’s soothing and meditative voice helped me relax into it and forget all the stresses of the day. By the end of the session, I felt so floaty, I had difficulty peeling myself off the mat! I will definitely be doing more of these classes. Thank you so much X
