About Zen Yoga Phil Knight
Phil Knight teaches zen yoga in the dales. Darley, Sawley, Glasshouses, also on Zoom.
Zen yoga integrates traditional yoga postures with other Eastern health and fitness philosophies to create a yoga practice which is accessible to people at all levels of Fitness. Zen yoga is a gentle but powerful way to improve flexibility, Stamina and whole body awareness as well as being an excellent way to de-stress.

Phil’s classes are tailored to suit the needs of those attending yet without pushing or holding back people with different abilities. A comfortable and friendly atmosphere. I always feel good and have a deep relaxed sleep for a couple of nights after my class.
Phil is an excellent yoga teacher. The classes are friendly and welcoming. He gently guides the class, ensuring the most is gained by each individual. Turning out for classes on a dark, cold winters evening isn’t always easy, but I am always glad I have been. Brilliant for mind and body:)
So much better than taking medication, the benefits of yoga are felt immediately. Phil is a fantastic teacher helping to build confidence at every level. I highly recommend his classes to anyone who wants to improve their health and fitness.
I really look forward to my yoga sessions on a Wednesday evening. I feel so much better when I come out.
I had a fall injury earlier in the year and then met Phil and signed up for some yoga sesssions. The sessions have helped so much. My flexibility has improved a lot, I am in less pain and when I’ve done yoga I get a good night’s sleep!
