Lucy creates classes and retreats locally, worldwide and online. She is from Norfolk, UK, is a School Teacher and trained in Hypnotherapy & NLP Coaching, Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Astrology, Forest Schools, Sound & Crystal Healing, Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda. Her passion is to share these self care practices to help people use them to find their happiness, balance and express themselves
