TLC believe yoga should be accessible to anyone. We deliver gentle open classes in Toxteth and Anfield for all abilities and as we’re a social enterprise we reinvest our profits so we offer free places in every class for people who don’t have the available funds.

We like getting out and about, bringing yoga to the workplace. We deliver classes for Primary Schools, the Fire Service and corporate clients. If you’ve got people and space we’ll bring the mats and the yoga!
