🌿YOGA CLASSES & WORKSHOPS NEAR LANGTOFT AND MARKET DEEPING🌿

🌳Set in a peaceful  location this small yoga studio creates a lovely place to practice yoga. Max of 12 people per class. All props provided. The space and teaching lends itself to bringing a sense of calm back to you. Classes are relaxed and friendly.

*I currently teach 1:1 private sessions  in the studio.

Classes are now once a month –

Hatha – One Saturday a month: 10am till 11.15am

Restorative – One Saturday a month: 11.45am till 1pm

Hatha Flow – One Tuesday a month: 6.45pm till 8pm

Sunday Relax and Unwind- one Sunday eve a month: 6.30pm to 8.30pm
