My name is Nicola and I have practised yoga for around 20 years. In 2019 I finally did my Yoga Teacher Training and qualified as a Yoga Alliance 200 hours vinyasa yoga teacher.
I hold regular classes in Lytham and Wesham on the Fylde Coast. The classes are Women and Men, mixed ability and age.
I also like to enter the odd triathlon and that has led me to a further 80 hours teacher training with The Body Athletic. I am a Yoga Alliance Professional Specialist teacher in Yoga for Sports and Athletes.
