Yoga Classes at Flex + Flow Studio (St James Retail Centre, EK) and The John Wright Sports Centre!
Katie is a qualified 500hr Experienced Yoga Teacher registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals and has been teaching since 2014. She has studied traditional Hatha Yoga in India and Bali and blends this traditional approach to yoga with her knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics, creating classes that are breath focused and accessible to all! As well as studio classes many of my classes are streamed online!
Breathe Well ~ Move Well ~ Live Well!
HATHA YOGA ~ A more gentle Hatha yoga class suitable for beginners. This class is a great place to start and gives lots of options and modifications for everybody in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. You will learn to tune in to the sensations of your own breath in your body and experience the sense of relaxation that this provides!
MINDFUL VINYASA ~ A more dynamic yoga style that synchronises movement and breath! This class is ALL LEVELS but beginners without any injuries or movement impairment are welcome! This class is slightly more physically challenging but still maintains a strong focus on breathing leaving you feeling energised and calm!
YOGA FOR ATHLETES ~ This class is not just for athletes and everybody is welcome! It focuses on improving mobility over flexibility. And creates strength and stability to support athletic performance – and everyday life!

This is the only yoga class that I have truly been able to say I have enjoyed. Extremely knowledgeable with a sense of humour chucked in for good measure. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Started my yoga journey with a beginners class with Katie and caught the yoga bug. I have now tried lots of different classes and Katie’s are my favourite by a country mile. She is extremely knowledgeable and very approachable which helps you improve week on week. The classes are very friendly and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend
Have only been to a few classes and plan to continue as the small studio allows you to get the technique good; Katie also is great at reminding you how important correct breathing is. This has made a big difference to me when practising at home too. Really friendly class where you feel you’ve had a workout and some chill time
Whether you are new to yoga or have been saluting the sun (or moon) for years, Katie is the instructor for you. Her relaxed teaching style puts you at ease while her professionalism and knowledge mean you are always in safe hands. If life all seems a bit much, find some peace on the mat and there is no better than Katie
Have attended Katie’s Saturday morning classes for a few months now and throughly enjoy them. Classes suitable for beginners and Katie will always try and amend poses for those with health/joint issues. The atmosphere in Katie’s classes are relaxed and
friendly – would definitely recommend.

I have been to a few yoga classes with Katie which I enjoy. She gives easy options for those that are not as flexible class atmosphere is friendly & relaxed. I’ve improved since I started doing Katie’s yoga classes which are varied every week. Would recommend.
