Welcome to Bliss Yoga & Wellness
My name is Melanie.
I have been teaching yoga for over 20 years and I absolutely love it! I teach gentle yoga & meditation and fitness yoga so whatever you fancy trying, I can help.
Teaching Yoga gives me an opportunity to serve others, enabling me to really be of help to others in improving the quality of their lives.
'Yoga is the essential need of today and the culture of tomorrow. By teaching Yoga, you will be helping to usher in a better society, now, and also for our children in the future. Teaching is a privilege and a joy.'
I have been meditating for over 7 years now and I incorporate it into some of my sessions. Meditation really has changed my life.
Meditation brings the brainwave pattern into an alpha state that promotes healing. The mind becomes fresh, delicate, and beautiful. It cleanses and nourishes you from within and calms you, whenever you feel overwhelmed, unstable, or emotionally shut down.
Recently, a friend and I began running sound baths. We adore what we do and it is incredible to see how much joy and benefit people get from these sessions.
The effects of the experience may continue long after the session. Many participants have reported noticeable emotional benefits including:

You can join any of my sessions with or without experience. I can help you on your journey wherever you are at.
I run weekly classes, events, retreats and also work with people on a 1:1 basis.
All sessions can be paid for on an ad hoc basis. I do not expect people to book a course upfront.
