Wednesday morning 9.30 - 11.00am
Each yoga class will include postures, breathing practices, meditation & relaxation

I give this Yoga Class 5 stars as it absolutely deserves it…Becky is a very informative and welcomng teacher…She has a wealth of knowledge and takes the time to demonstrate movements and explain what muscle groups that a particular position will benefit…I joined this class after retiring at the age of 65 and can honestly say that I am benefiting greatly by the yoga moves and breathing techniques that Becky demonstrates. 5 stars well deserved.
