About Beginners’ Hatha Yoga Classes
Learn the basics of Hatha yoga in this relaxed class for beginners.
We will practice pranayama (breathing techniques), which help to reduce stress and clear the lungs; asanas (physical postures); relaxation and some meditation.
We will learn correct alignment, build strength, increase flexibility and improve balance.
All ages are welcome and no previous experience of yoga is required.
Tuesdays at 7pm-8.15pm

£8 per class/£6 Premier Fitness members
Bookings are not required, just drop in. Mats are provided.
Please wear clothes that you can stretch in.
