The session has a deeply therapeutic approach. It starts with Cacao Ceremony. We use Ceremonial grade cacao from rainforest in Peru. It is very pure and concentrated, acts as a healer and a heart opener. We take it mindfully while setting intentions. Session follows with a warm up dance, Kundalini yoga set and ends by Sound Bath restorative session. Workshop is deeply transformative and healing. Sound Bath works on a cellular level resetting all of the systems and subconsious mind. It stimulates endocrine function and nervous system, balance moods and builds a strong body.
