Candlelit Yoga + Sound Healing

Join us at the tranquil Queen's Wood Cabin every Tuesday evening for gentle Yoga flow, followed by a peaceful sound meditation with crystal singing bowls.

Yoga will be gentle, intimate and adaptable, with a focus on breath, relaxation and cultivating awareness. All bodies, ages, genders, experience levels, shapes and sizes welcome!
