Yoga With Zaz

I practice and teach vinyasa flow yoga, a dynamic style, with modifications and variations provided for students’ individual levels of yoga practice. In our group classes we move through sequences with intention, focusing on breath, and to challenge our mind’s perceptions and assumptions about what we are capable of. My aim is to offer tools for us to deal with stress differently, to be flexible and strong, on and off the mat.
