About Yoga for all
Friendly yoga classes for all ages and abilities.
I am an experienced yoga practitioner of over 33 years and a qualified Dance Movement Therapist. I have been teaching yoga since 2008 to a wide range of people and needs. I believe wholeheartedly that yoga should be accessible to anyone who is interested and so all my classes are mixed ability and fairly small so that you can get the attention you need and poses can be adapted to suit you. I am also an Advanced teacher of Energy Medicine Yoga® which is an integrative practice, uniting the ancient healing methods of energy medicine and the time-honored tradition of yoga. This magical union works to align and balance the body’s nine energy systems, activating its natural healing intelligence.
I offer the following,

. Yin yoga on zoom
. Energy medicine yoga, live and on zoom.
. chair yoga and coffee morning
. restorative yoga, live
. private tuition for individuals or groups

Good fun, strenuous, informative and a great way to start the week.
I have tried many yoga classes until I was lucky enough to find Sams classes. She has an amazing ability to make everyone feel welcome and understand each individual body. She teaches in friendly safe way for all levels of students. If your looking for some quiet time away from busy life and to strengthen your mind and body I urge you to try this class. I cannot image my life wihout Sam’s yoga classes now. She is truely brilliant.
I really look forward to Sam’s classes each week. Very friendly and Sam tailors each position to suit each individual to ensure everyone is working to their own ability. Very relaxing, with visible results both physical and mental.
I have attended Sam`s Monday morning class for a number of years. She is a very knowledgeable, informative and enthusiastic teacher and I always leave her classes feeling rejuvenated. I have no hesitation in recomnending her classes to any one. She is certainly the best Yoga teacher I have found.
Sam is the most wonderful yoga teacher. Her classes are so friendly and welcoming. I have been going for nearly 3 years now and I have been so pleased with the improvement to my flexibility mind and general health. She has an amazing understanding of the body and how to get into poses safely and adapt them to the individual. If your looking for time away from busy life try this class you will love it.
Sam is amazing. She combines decades of body work experience and anatomical knowledge with a huge knowledge of and reverence for the benefits of yoga. Where she differs from other teachers, in my experience, is the personal touch. She’ll work with your injuries, modifying poses so you get maximum benefit, and is empathic to the emotional needs of her students. Sam is an excellant teacher who not only can demonstrate how each pose should be performed, but can adjust each pose to suit the ability of the student. Her classes are serious but fun, not competitive, and very beneficial. Come and join us, you will be made most welcome, and you will see for yourself how benefical the classes are
Sam is very knowledgeable and her yoga lessons are suitable for all ages and abilities. I had never practiced Yoga before coming to one of her classes and now 4 years later Yoga plays an integral role in my life, this is all due to Sam’s teaching. Well worth giving a try.
