Sally Taylor

Sally is a Yoga Alliance accredited 500 hours yoga teacher, and teaches classes in the Exeter area. Sally accepts that every person comes to yoga for different reasons, but that everyone can enjoy the benefits.

She has also trained to teach Pilates and is a Level 3 YMCA accredited Pilates teacher. She has also completed a teacher training with Young Ho Kim, the founder of Inside Flow, a dynamic yoga/dance fusion practice. Her regular yoga classes are based on Vinyasa Flow, influenced by somatic movement, to encourage a mind body awareness.
