About Charlie Binder Yoga
I specialise in helping men of all ages and abilities reach their health & fitness goals. Whatever it is you want to achieve - I ensure you get there in a way that is challenging, sustainable & fun.
Whether building up physical fitness, increasing mobility (flexibility you can put to use!) or learning how to effectively relax, I combine my extensive training in yoga (700hrs Yoga Alliance Certified in the Indian Himalayas) with my personal training qualification (REPS Level III) to offer the absolute best service I can.
I recommend working together on a weekly basis to guarantee progress and can also include access to a digital app for support & accountability outside of our live classes.
Every program is tailored to you and we always work towards achieving specific, measurable, achievable, relevant & time-bound (SMART) goals. If you have any questions - please don't hesitate to reach out.
