About Open to Change Yoga
Dani Van De Broucke is a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Instructor. She teaches both in-person and online classes. Dani has first-hand experience of how powerful these practices can be in healing mental, emotional and physical health. She has found that cultivating a sense of peace around change; being 'open to change' has been the single most important (and life saving) quality, that helps her to to live an authentic and healthy life. Dani shares her experience to help others move beyond stress, anxiety, chronic pain, depression, and destructive habits, to live with appreciation, joy and playfulness.
