Yoga has been a part of my life since 1999 and has always been my go-to practice to find guidance, peace and a deeper sense of connection with my own inner wisdom.

Once I became a mother and left the corporate world, I searched long and hard within to find my true passion in life. I realised, after some deep inner work that teaching mothers how to find their true passion through a yogic life was what I really wanted to do. I qualified as a teacher in November 2015 and have absolutely loved teaching ever since.

I currently teach in Woodley, Berkshire and have three group Vinyasa Flow classes a week. Monday 09:15-10:15 and 18:30-19:30 and Friday 09:15-10:15 all in St. John's Church Hall, Church Road, Woodley, RG5 4QJ. On a Thursday at 10:30 is Yin Yoga specifically designed for ladies over 60 years old.

My teaching style encourages you to listen to your body and honour where you are. The practice has a mixture of both anatomical and philosophical guidance with self-care and acceptance at the foundation of each lesson.

Whilst group classes are extremely fun, I also love working with students 1:1 as this allows you to really focus on specific needs each week. Over the years I have helped mothers explore their own inner passion and make big career changes, enhanced students' lives who are suffering from illness and guided women to live with more love and acceptance.
