Yoga for Men – 3 week beginners course
A beginners introduction to yoga specifically for men.

Week 1 – basic postures, downward dog and sun salutations, intro to meditation and relaxation.
Week 2 – key standing postures and basic balances. Warriors 1, 2 & 3 plus high /low lunges.
Week 3 – Exploring spinal movement, back bends, forward folds and twists including seated positions.
Challenge your fitness beliefs and start a regular yoga practice.
Athletes and celebrities include yoga as part of their fitness routine such as Russell Brand, Sting and David Beckham.
