Why do people bring yoga in to their lives?
The reasons vary from building strength, improving flexibility, helping with balance, rest and relaxation from a busy day and also to make some great friends.
In this 6 week course you are taken through some basic postures, learning our sun salutation routine, different ways of moving the body and becoming more comfortable in relaxation.
You will notice the difference in your body and how you feel at the end of the 6 week course.
