YIN YOGA is a slower-paced style of yoga where the poses are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.
The sequence of poses aims to work deeply into the joints to release stress and tension and activate the energy channels in the body. The session ends with a lovely mindfulness technique, that changes each month, and a long, relaxing savasana with a sound bath.
