Wintering Reflections Evening Retreat
Focus on slowing down and releasing the body into supported restorative yoga poses using blocks, bolsters, blankets and pillows.
Winter is a time for reflection and rest and this evening will create a safe space to move inward and take time to restore balance to the body and mind deeply.
Following the yoga practice, you will be guided through Yoga Nidra Meditation. Yoga Nidra is a powerful practice to plant intentions for Spring growth.
We will then enjoy nourishing refreshments.
