Summer Sunday morning yoga
The best start to a Sunday morning.
A lovely half day retreat, with gentle somatic movements to ease into the body, a gentle flowing yoga practice, a yin practice to deepen our connection with our own body, lots of time to breathe deeply, and other lovely practices to help you relax, stretch, and feel like a new person. There will also be time for a late breakfast and time to chat with your fellow yogis.
Suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis. All you need to do is to be able to get up and down from the floor, you don’t have to be super bendy or able to do a headstand (I can’t!)
