Summer evening yoga, outdoor swim and sauna
What could be nicer than taking some gentle asana practice and breathwork in the beautiful summer evening air, nestled in a quiet field overlooking the most picturesque countryside? Yoga is a wonderful way to connect with ourselves, and feel part of everything around us, so practicing in the open air is a wonderful treat for all the senses. After a lovely 45-60 minute practice, you’ll be at leisure to take a refreshing dip / swim in a freshwater swimming pond, and use the sauna (which is housed in a little shepherd hut with views over the countryside). Coffee and cake will be provided.
Please note that you must be able to swim without the use of buoyancy aids if you intend to use the lake, and by booking this session you accept full responsibility for your own wellbeing during the evening, particularly the swim and use of the sauna. You must be 16 or over to attend this event.
