SPRING EQUINOX YIN YOGA EVENT
Shake off those winter cobwebs and clear away the clutter…. inside and out ……!!!
Your opportunity to spring clean your body and mind & perfect time to plant seeds of change, set intentions and nurture our vision for the upcoming season.
Take some time OUT to look within and consider *what is old and outdated?*what are you holding onto that you no longer need? *what old beliefs and emotions are holding you back?
*where do you need more balance?
*what or where do you need to grow in order to bring balance to your life?

Spring Equinox is a time to celebrate new life and awakening. This is when we plant seeds to nurture over the coming months, and to witness the unending cycle of growth and change remembering that in order to invite in new energy and opportunities, we must shed old layers, habits, and outdated beliefs. When we recognize that each waking moment is an opportunity to be born again, it is here, in the now, that we can experience the joy of present-moment awareness.
Through an extended Yin yoga session dedicated to the liver & gallbladder meridians or energetic channels correlating with the season, we’ll work on stimulating the energy flow throughout the body with some longer-held poses and periods of stillness.
Mentally we’ll contemplate the seeds we want to be sowing for the rest of the season.
I will be providing you with self-regulation tools, such as the breath & threads of mindfulness, readings, helping you to quiet your busy mind & be fully present with your embodied experience.
