Reconnect to Your Pelvic Floor – workshop in Bath
This session is for you if you’ve tried kegels but aren’t really sure what’s supposed to be happening, or where. Maybe you’ve done a load of reps with apps but aren’t seeing the changes you expected or hoped for.
This workshop will help you:
✿ understand what’s where in your pelvis✿ know more about how your pelvic floor works✿ experience movement and breath work that can help you reconnect✿ with practical tips for everyday that can help balance your pelvic floor✿ calm your system to help get back to being relaxed, reflexive and responsive
Perfect if you’re postnatal, perimenopausal or pregnant – equally you’ll benefit if you’re someone who spends a lot of their time doing seated work.

We’ll be moving, exploring and practicing some tools for relaxation. Yoga mats and props are provided but you’re welcome to bring your own if you like.
