This unique Pregnancy Yoga group is suitable from 14 weeks onward. It will help you maintain your physical strength and flexibility when you are pregnant, also teaching you ways to prepare mentally and emotionally for the birth of your beautiful baby and the early days with him or her.
You will learn key Yoga breathing practices for birth and beyond, Yoga postures, meditations, affirmations and many great ways to relax and sooth the nervous system – skills for life!
You don’t need any experience or flexibility to join the class. The Yoga you learn may help with maternal anxiety, worry and stress, pregnancy related physical discomforts, preparing for birth, getting your baby in to an optimal foetal position, creating space within. Many women also make important friendships with other mums to-be and continue to socialise once their babies are born.
