How do you like your pigeon? Reclined, on a perch, folded, twisted, double, standing or flying?
Pigeon is known as a deep hip opener but can be so much more.
Join me for a 2-hour exploration of pigeon in all its forms including floor based, standing balances and passing through crow to the challenging flying pigeon arm balance.
Expect a challenging but fun workshop.
Suitable for those with at least 6 months yoga experience.
