Come join us for a monthly Selfcare fix!
One Sunday of the month, Sophie will run a 90min session of Yoga.
With a different theme each time, following the season changes, the session will include a 55 min Gentle Yoga class followed by a 30min Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep”, the dessert of all Yoga types!
What to expect?
5:15-5:25pm- Arrival & Setting up your mat and any props you’d like to use during the session (pillows, blanket, blocks,…)
5:30pm-6:25pm – Gentle Yoga: following a slightly slower pace than a Vinyasa class, we will connect with our breath, and let it guide us through movements.
6:25pm-6:55pm – Yoga Nidra: let Sophie guide you in a state of consciousness between sleep and wake. A deep relaxation using awareness, breath, and visualisation
6:55pm-7pm – Recentering & Goodbyes
