Upcoming pregnancy yoga classes coming to Liskeard!
My weekly 90 minute pregnancy yoga classes will help to support you through your pregnancy and birth journey both mentally and physically.
Over a 6 week term of classes, every week we’ll cover something different, learning different breathing techniques for the stages of labour, different positions and movements to help you feel more comfortable in pregnancy and all important positions and movements for your labour and birth too.
Classes are suitable anytime after your first trimester right up until your due date. No prior experience of yoga is necessary, the class is gentle and accessible to absolutely everyone.
I’m a doula, antenatal, pregnancy yoga and hypnobirthing teacher, bringing together a breadth of knowledge to support through your pregnancy and birth journey. I also teach baby massage and baby yoga classes so you can carry on classes after baby’s born.
Classes starting Tuesday 12th September will be held at the Sukha Shala Yoga Studio on Barras Street.
