IT IS SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH AT LEAST ONE YEARS REGULAR IYENGAR PRACTICE
THE FOCUS WILL BE ON YOUR HIPS, THIGHS AND BUTTOCKS – STRENGTHENING AND STRETCHING
THE LAST HALF HOUR WILL BE PRANAYAMA, WORKING ON BREATHING TECHNIQUES TO HELP YOU CENTRE AND DEEPLY RELAX
