How our breathing effects our posture & the psoas
Join us to explore the realms of diaphragmatic (abdominal) breathing and how our breathing can effect our posture, as well as how our posture can effect our breathing. We’ll also look at the psoas muscle which main functions are to stabilise the spine and support the diaphragm. We will practice relaxed abdominal breathing to hydrate, release and lengthen the psoas muscle as well as other techniques to feel into the psoas and facilitate a parasympathetic state of our nervous system.
