In this class, starting off with gentle yang / flow practice, then slow down into yin yoga ( yin yoga is held for 3-5 mins, target the connective tissues in our body. The ligaments, bones, joints, and deep fascia networks. Yin works passively in lower part of body, compliments well with Yang style yoga or excise). First class free, £7 after.
