Gentle yoga for Long Term Health conditions
Build a wellness toolkit, with Gentle yoga & Yoga Nidra, to help support & improve symptoms of long term health conditions for those with extreme tiredness, shortness of breath, anxiety & insomnia. The intention is to help you relax and restore, through practice and discussion, in a safe and supportive space.
This is a circle of sharing and exploration so that our collective experience can help aid recovery. Practice gentle somatic movements to calm mind and body. Learning foundation of pranayama to help the respiratory system. Be nourished by Yoga Nidra. You will learn gentle yoga movements and breathing exercises, to reduce anxiety and stress, improve breathing, develop flexible strength and help aid recovery.
