Learn about yoga postures, movements, mindfulness and breathing techniques, you can use on and off the yoga mat to increase your wellbeing.
No previous yoga experience or specific fitness level needed. All postures are explained, demonstrated and variations offered to help you make this your own unique practice every time. The classes are small with up to 10 participants.
Free first class / £40 per four week term (£10 per class) / £12 per class pay as you go.
If you miss a class you can catch up in our live online classes held on Saturdays 9 to 10:10am over Zoom or by using provided recording.
