Chakras Balancing Workshop
This workshop is for anyone who is interested in yoga and would like to find out more about Chakras.
We will start with a short talk on Chakras, followed by guided meditation to feel your Chakras and 1.5 hours of asana practice to balance your Chakras.
We will move, breath, chant and meditate together.
Staying for a cup of tea after is optional 🙂
