Beginners Yoga
A yoga class designed specifically with beginners in mind.
If you have ever felt like you would like to look into yoga but worry you won’t know what you are doing or you won’t be ‘flexible enough’, ‘strong enough’, or whatever it is you think you ‘should be’, then this is the class for you! Designed specifically for beginners it will start you off gently and guide you through functional alignment and breathing that feels right for you and your body, however that is on any particular day. Explore how to make the poses work for you and build your strength, stamina and flexibility up over time in a way that feels safe and sustainable. And enjoy yourself at the same time!
