Summer Pregnancy Yoga from 14 weeks onward, will be run by 2 brilliant Pregnancy Yoga teachers – Lily & Naomi! We run a 5 week block through August on Mondays, downstairs at our fully equipped and beautiful studio at The Manor Health & Wellness Centre. You don’t need any previous experience or flexibility!
You will feel at ease in your body as you journey through your pregnancy, and able to step out of the thinking mind. We practice Yoga flows, stretches & traditional postures so you can maintain appropriate fitness as your body changes. Breathing practices, meditation & relaxation will help you tap into your own hypnotic happy place and rest deeply. All to support, adjust and prepare physically, emotionally and mentally for the joy of giving birth and life with baby.
