AUTUMN EQUINOX YIN YOGA EVENT
LET GO and fall gracefully into Autumn by celebrating the change of season with me!
The transition between summer and autumn can be the most challenging time to maintain balance. As we head into the final quarter of the year, it’s a great time to slow down, check in with your goals and intentions for the year, and nurture your well-being.
This event will give you the chance to do just that! It’s an evening where you can truly slow down, unwind and deeply relax.
You will first be guided through a wonderful, soothing, and nurturing yin yoga with longer holds where we will focus on letting go, drawing your attention inwards and finding a sense of stillness and mental calm & peace. There will be breath & body awareness, pranayama and some magical sounds! It will be a perfect time to reflect on the past season and acknowledge your accomplishments but also let go of anything that hasn’t served you. We will then set new intentions for the upcoming season ahead.
We will finish the class with a wonderful Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep”, which promotes deep healing and very profound rest at every level of being physical, mental and emotional.
Everyone is welcome! No experience needed. *Bring your mat and anything that will make you cosy and warm, any props you might have, a Blanket or two, cushion, bolster… water bottle
Wear comfortable, not restricting movement clothing,
