Yoga with wild swim, a day to relax, restore and revive – with cake!
Turn off your phones, put your worries aside, and come and share the day with me and a small group of friendly yogis, as we journey through a gentle, flowing yoga practice. The practice is designed to give your body, breath and mind the time they need to settle, slow down and feel good.
The yoga is suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis, all you need to be able to do is get up and down from the floor, we won’t be doing headstands and handstands, I like to think we can have as much fun with one or two feet on the floor!
I will provide a light, vegetarian lunch, before we take a stroll round Badby. It’s a beautiful rural village, known for its ancient woodland, and rolling fields. The walk will take us to Bare Hill Lakes, a picturesque spring-fed lake, just outside the village. You can float around and relax, take a swim round the island, or just enjoy some quiet time, sitting on the grass, maybe bring a good book. The swim session will be supervised by a lifeguard, and each person will be asked to sign a copy of Bare Hill Lakes swimmer safety terms and conditions. You can read this on their website …
We’ll finish the day with tea and cake.
If that sounds like just what you need, please book, or get in touch if you have any questions.
