Chair Yoga

6 week Chair Yoga course.

Starting 11th April in Capel-Le-Ferne Village Hall.

This Yoga class is for people who may find it difficult to find their way down to the mat and who are struggling to keep their balance.

The chair is there for support and non-weight bearing exercises and stretches.

The cost is £25 for the course ( 6 weeks, paid in full/no refund ) or £5 drop in.
