Breathing for Wellness is an event dedicated to improving your well-being.
Come join Thalia at the Avalon Room on High Street in Glastonbury, for a rejuvenating session of mindful breathing techniques and simple somatic movements. This event is all about taking a moment to focus on your breath and improve your overall well-being. Coming to rest in creative and enjoyable ways so you may be nourished and nurtured by the art of relaxation.
This is the first session of a special 4 part Gentle Yoga course happening on
Thursday 14 th March, Arrive at 5.50 for a prompt 6pm start
Thursday 28th March 6pm -7pm
Fridays 12th April 6pm-7pm
Friday 26th April 6pm- 7pm
You can attend a single class book online £10 or £14 ott subject to availability
or join all 4 sessions with a discounted 4 class pass available on my website at £36.
