Yoga for Strength Mobility and Calm – 6-week course
This is a 6 week yoga course for absolutely anyone, even if you have never done yoga before.
The classes are designed to build strength to support healthy movement while keeping the body supple and mobile. Students are encouraged to try as much or as little as they like and to be free to explore and play. Movement is slow and mindful, with space for breath and relaxation, leaving you fully restored and refreshed.
This course is expertly led by yoga instructor, Rachel Gosling, who has many years of experience of leading yoga to people with multiple needs.
It is held at the stunning venue of Upperthong Village Hall (Wickens Ln, Holmfirth HD9) in the perfect serene backdrop of the Village of Upperthong. Plenty of parking is available.
