Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing Day Retreat
Winter is a time for reflection and Restorative yoga is a nourishing practice of poses supported by bolsters, blankets and blocks that encourage the body to fully release.
Move inward and create space to just simply be present and notice the deep inner workings of your being.
Following the practice, you will be guided through Yoga Nidra which is a powerful intention-setting meditation that deeply rejuvenates the body.
After a comfort break, you will melt into a sound journey hosted by Tanya at Windsor Sound Healing. You will enjoy the healing sounds of the gongs, crystal and copper bowls along with other beautiful relaxing instruments.
Once you have gently eased back into your day awakening slowly, we will come together to nourish ourselves with a delicious vegan meal.
The day will finish with a guided woodland walk through the magical forest of Bowsey Woods.
