An immersive experience in the wild surroundings of Dartmoor National Park… Exploratory, somatic and embodied movement & meditation, wild food, forest bathing & massage…

The weekend will provide an immersive and empowering experience of reconnection, with mind, body & spirit and the reciprocal relationship we have with the earth around us. Lauren will lead exploratory and expansive body work through somatic movement and yoga asana, breath work, sound meditation and Yoga Nidra.

Emma will skilfully guide a cathartic and gently held forest bathing experience in the natural surroundings of Dartmoor National Park where we find a deeper connection to the body of earth around us, and awaken a reciprocal relationship with the space beyond the body…

Marie will offer restorative, rejuvenation and deeply relaxing body work through Ayurvedic massage.

Alice will nourish the senses and fill our bellies with her wild and vegetarian food creations.

A non-refundable £100 deposit is required to confirm your place. Payment plans are welcome. Price £575 includes accommodation, 6 yoga sessions, all meals & forest bathing.
