Flow and Restore Mini Retreat
Kickstart 2023 with a well-earned treat to yourself after the busyness of the festive period. Enjoy 75 minutes of mindful flow, designed to melt away stress and tension. You’ll feel rejuvenated, revitalised and strong in the mind and body. We’ll then break for tea and homemade cake and finish the afternoon with 90 minutes of blissful restorative yoga and yoga nidra guided meditation. This is a gentle and deeply restful practise designed to slow down the mind and open the body through passive stretching. You’ll come away feeling totally relaxed and ready to embrace the new year!
