Practicing yoga at home means:

– No need to travel 

– Set up your mat how you like

– Use cushions and blankets for comfort

– Have a herbal tea handy 

– Play favourite music

– Immerse in your own practice 

– Share practice with another person

– Be with your pet

 
Free first class / £24 per four week term (£6 per class) / £8 per class pay as you go.
